President Trump spoke at a rally in Georgia on Monday, and once again drove a wedge into America’s political system. Trump again claimed he won the election, when in reality he lost to Joe Biden. Every state has certified their electoral college votes and Trump lost 306 to 232, a modern-day landslide.

“By the way, there is no way we lost Georgia, that was a rigged election.”

“When you win in a landslide and they steal it and it’s rigged, it is not acceptable.”

Trump wove GOP Senators Loeffler and Purdue into the conversation, but once again focused on himself, like he always does. He was there to help the two Republicans win the runoff election, which determines which party will control the Senate.

The president sounded like a classless, ranting and desperate despot trying to cling to power. He also failed to explain how he would overturn the election. Yes, many Republicans will try to decertify the electoral college votes on Wednesday. They will fail, but will set a precedent for disruptions of future elections.

Thanks for nothing, President Trump. You are the worst president in history.
